NILSA is a public company in dependence of the Local Administration Department of Navarra Government. Its aim is to give technical support to local entities in the implementation and management of municipal services related to depuration of waste water and other basic infrastructures.

Its compromise with society is translated into a respectful management with the environment that searchs technical efficiency and to maximize the available resources. Our working in D+R backs up our compromise and reinforces our role in a society that has water as a main character of the public debate.

More than 80 projects all along Navarra and almost the whole of its waste water treated give proof of its management quality. Besides, NILSA takes part, as consultant, in Navarra Water Forum, created to work in favour of the Water Framework Directive (2000/60/EC).
